Sigma Seals & Gaskets has more than 30 years of experience producing components of all types from many different kinds of elastomer.
Examples of products we have manufactured include:
- 6-in. thick, 55-durometer Viton® seal with an 18-in. O.D. and a 1-in. cross section
- 60-in. diameter kip seal made from FFKM Perfluoroelastomer
- 7-ft square phenolic pad with 29 holes

Custom Seal Design
The folks with Sigma Seals & Gaskets have many years helping customers see their products through the complete life cycle. When designing custom molded parts, we go through four phases:
At Sigma, our design team will carefully covert your product specifications into detailed 3D models to validate the product prior to any tooling purchases
While it is not a critical phase, Sigma has the unique capability of offering prototypes on most customers’ products prior to any design finalization
Mold making is Sigma Seals & Gaskets’ specialty. We have a broad range on equipment, expertise and capabilities to create a successful solution.
